이번에도 라이스페이퍼 활용해서 만들어봤어요 ⭐
뚜둥 그치만 결과는 .. 😂😂😂

✓ 라이스 페이퍼 감자빵
· 재료 : 네모 라이스 페이퍼 5장, 감자(중) 5개, 마요네즈 1큰술, 소금 1티스푼, 설탕 1티 스푼, 콩가루, 검정깨 가루
1. 감자는 적당히 자른다
2. 감자를 냄비에 넣고 물을 붓는다
3. 센 불에서 끓으면 약한 불로 줄이고 20분 익힌다
4. 감자가 익는 동안 검정깨를 갈아 준다
5. 검정깨와 콩가루를 섞는다 (흙 제조)
6. 감자와 마요네즈, 버터, 설탕을 섞어 잘 으깬다
7. 쌀 종이(라이스 페이퍼)를 물에 적셔 감자를 한덩이 넣고 감싸준다
8. 가루에 감자를 굴린다

· 재료 : 라이스 페이퍼, 스트링 치즈
1. 쌀 종이(라이스 페이퍼)에 재료를 감싼다
2. 계란 물을 입힌다
3. 빵가루를 입히고 튀긴다
