일반 철판 아이스크림처럼 돌돌 말아 만드는 방식이 아니라, 용과와 요거트를 철판 위에서 네모난 모양으로 얼려 완성하는데요.

특이하게 완성되는 데만 1시간 넘게 걸릴 정도로 정성이 많이 들어갑니다.

용과의 은은한 달콤함에 요거트의 새콤함이 더해져 조합이 좋았습니다.

This square rolled-ice-cream-style dessert is made with an entire dragon fruit.🐉

Unlike traditional rolled ice cream, the dragon fruit and yogurt mixture is slowly frozen into small square pieces on the cold plate.

Surprisingly, the whole process takes over an hour to complete.

The lightly sweet dragon fruit paired really well with the tangy yogurt, making it both refreshing and delicious.
