언제 봐도 꽃은 예쁘죠. 🌷

하지만 꽃집에는 상품성이 떨어지거나 판매 시기를 놓쳐 판매되지 못하는 꽃들도 있습니다.

물론 일부는 드라이플라워나 다른 방식으로 새롭게 활용되기도 하고요. ♻️

이번 6월 5일 환경의 날을 맞아,
어니스트플라워에서 상품성이 떨어진 장미를 받아 업사이클링 작업을 해보았어요! 🌹✨

작업하는 내내 작업실에는 장미향이 가득했죠 🌹

그러다 문득 이런 생각이 들더라고요.

꽃은 시들어도,
바로 쓸모를 잃는 것은 아닐지도 모른다고요.

환경을 위한 방법은 생각보다 다양해요. 🌍

새로운 것을 만드는 것뿐만 아니라,
이미 있는 것의 다른 가능성을 발견하는 것도 그중 하나일 테니까요. ♻️🌱#업사이클링 #꽃 #환경의날 #환경보호 #upcycling

What happens to flowers that are no longer considered sellable? 🌹

Flowers are beautiful, no matter when you see them.

But at flower shops, some flowers don’t get sold because they’ve passed their peak or no longer meet commercial standards.

Of course, some are dried and reused in different ways. ♻️

For World Environment Day on June 5, I received unsellable roses from Honest Flower and turned them into an upcycling artwork. 🌹✨

While working, my studio was filled with the scent of roses.

And it made me think.

Maybe flowers don’t lose their value the moment they begin to fade.

There are many ways to care for the environment. 🌍

Sometimes it’s not about creating something new, but about discovering new possibilities in what already exists. ♻️
