We cannot recommend this place enough. It is one of those spots that is almost impossible to regret.
This spot was opened last year by a chef with over 20 years of experience and a fine dining background. If you see the size of the chicken, you will immediately understand why $12 feels like an unbelievable deal.

I was not even planning to film this day. (I had no makeup. 😂) But after the first few bites, I pulled out my camera because it was that good. I even took another sandwich to go for my husband, and after one bite he said, “We have to post this.” 😂
It is called a Korean Chicken Sandwich, and the chef is Korean, but do not expect the classic Korean fried chicken flavor. It leans more American, but the pickled radish gives it a familiar taste that reminds me of eating Korean fried chicken with chicken radish.
One thing I especially liked is that they cook with beef tallow instead of seed oils. If you meet the owner, you will immediately notice how much he cares about quality and health.

파인다이닝 출신, 20년 넘는 경력의 쉐프님이 작년에 오픈한 존맛 치킨샌드위치 소개합니다. 돈까스인줄 착각한 치킨을 보면 $12란 가격이 혜자인걸 이해하실 겁니다.
사실 촬영을 하려고 간게 아니라 쌩얼로 갔는데 ㅋㅋ 먹다가 너무 맛있어서 바로 카메라 켰어요..
하나 더 포장해가서 뉴욕부한테 줬더니, 업로드 각이라고 하더군요 😂
코리안 치킨샌드위치라고 쓰여있고, 쉐프님도 한국분이신데 전형적인 한국치킨맛은 아닙니다. 미국맛인데 무피클이 들어서 한국의 치킨무랑 같이 먹는 맛!
개인적으론 씨드오일 대신 비프탈로우(소기름) 쓰는게 너무 좋았는데, 사장님 피지컬 보면 바로 납득될 만큼 건강 엄청 신경쓰셔서 씨드오일은 절대 노노 하십니다 ㅋㅋ 감튀랑 고구마튀김도 소기름에 튀겨서 꼬소~~~해요. 절대 후회안할맛..강추
