I turn a fresh dragon fruit into pink Ice Cream Rolls for a satisfying ASMR transformation that looks almost too clean to eat.
Dragon fruit has mildly sweet, refreshing flesh with tiny edible black seeds and a naturally striking appearance. I take this fresh fruit onto my frozen pan and use my two scrapers to create smooth Ice Cream Rolls. From the first tapping and cutting to the detailed scraping, spreading, rolling, and decorating, every step brings a different ASMR trigger and texture.
The bright fruit makes this ice cream especially satisfying to watch as it changes from fresh food into thin rolled ice cream. The final cup is carefully decorated, colorful, and packed with a light, fruity flavor.
At the end, I taste the finished dragon fruit Ice Cream Rolls in a mukbang and rate the flavor with a score.

Fun Fact: Dragon fruit grows on a climbing cactus, and its many tiny black seeds are edible along with the flesh.
