((It's Harder Than I Thought...))

Hello everyone!

It was a day that made me feel incredibly proud, thanks to my amazing younger teammates. 😊

But as soon as everything was over, I found myself facing a big question and challenge.
I'm still thinking deeply about how to move forward and overcome it..!

There may not be one perfect answer when it comes to sports,
but I want to continue learning and researching so I can help people enjoy sports for a long time while staying as healthy and injury-free as possible.

I’ll keep doing my best and sharing the journey with all of you~! 💙
