이번 여름 진~~짜 덥네요.. 뭔가 먹기위해 불을 켜는거조차 힘든 날씨입니다
손목이 다시 안좋아져서 칼을 쥐기가 힘들고, 너무 덥다보니 누워서 숨만 쉬며 지냈어요.
이번 영상은 쉬는 동안 가장 자주 만들어먹은 메뉴들로 구성해봤어요.
특히, 오이면 콩국수는 소화도 잘되고, 시원해서 정말 자주 해먹고 있어요.
더위 먹지 않게 조심하세요. 그럼, 다음 영상에서 또 만나요!
The summer heat is real this year. I’m dreading even to turn on the stove to cook.
My wrist injury kicked in again, so it’s been hard for me to hold a knife,
and all I’ve been doing is breathing because of the heat.
This video is a collection of the dishes I made the most during the break.
Since it’s summer, I’ve been opting for simple dishes with the least cooking required.
The cucumber noodles kong-guksu is easy to digest and so cooling. It’s my go-to.
Be careful not to get heatstroke! See you in the next video!
