Racism isn't always depicted by blatant beliefs, thoughts, and actions. It is often found in subtle mannerisms and deeds that may be considered commonplace. However, blatant or subtle, racism is wrong and must be first confronted within oneself in judgement. All people are to be celebrated and diversity makes the world beautiful. Karla F. West has always been a staunch supporter and advocate of peace and respect for all people by actively increasing awareness and celebration of all people as a Minister, Mediator and conflict resolution specialist, a Life Coach and Divorce Coach. She holds a BS in Human Services Management and a MA in Christian Ministry and is a TEDx ThirdWard speaker. She also serves as a Women’s Pastor and is a member of several organizations promoting peace and civil rights. She is the proud mother of three adult children and a doting grandmother.
