A Sky News investigation into failures in the family courts can reveal how a British woman was jailed after fleeing the country to escape alleged sexual and domestic abuse.
'Laura', who is serving a three-year prison sentence, spoke to Sky News about her situation.
Our investigation comes as the new president of the family courts told Sky News a change in "culture" was needed in the system.
