How Ukraine’s relentless strikes on Russian refineries are driving a fuel crisis

Ukraine has intensified its attacks on Russian oil refineries, striking targets increasingly deep inside the country and forcing some facilities to cut production or shut down.

Dozens of refineries have been hit, disrupting Russia's ability to produce petrol and diesel. But Moscow continues to export vast quantities of crude oil, much of it carried by its so-called shadow fleet.

Sky News business and economics correspondent Paul Kelso examines Ukraine's escalating refinery campaign, the impact on Russia's fuel supplies and whether it can ultimately put pressure on the revenues helping fund Putin's war.
