* 해마다 파종에 성공한 청경채와 루꼴라 덕분에 일복이 터지네요.
다행히 이번주는 날씨가 선선해서 수확도 잘 마치고
김치 두통도 뚝딱 만들었어요🥗🤗
올 봄에 벌써 4가지 종류의 김치를 만들었지만
이번 청경채 김치가 아주 살짝 매콤하면서 개운하게 잘 만들어졌어요🙆‍♀️

Thanks to the bok choy and arugula we successfully sowed every year,
we’re absolutely overwhelmed with work. Fortunately,
the weather was cool this week, so we finished the harvest well,
and whipped up two containers of kimchi in no time 🥗🤗
Although I’ve already made four different kinds of kimchi this spring,
this bok choy kimchi turned out perfectly—just slightly spicy and refreshing 🙆‍♀️
* It’s still a bit chilly in the early mornings.
