After just a few days, Sony’s fix to shut down their hacked consoles has now also been jailbroken.
As the days tick closer to GTA VI, PlayStation’s in a race to make sure the people who have unlocked PS5s don’t have access to their store, network, or anything when that game rolls around or else it’ll make their porting to PC efforts way easier.
So they rolled out the 14.10 firmware after the latest rounds of jailbreaking, the firmware that’s supposed to see the new Rockstar game through, and that’s been bypassed.
At the moment, it’s only by one dev, and it’s not fully ready to roll out to everyone, but probably gear up for another patch before the crime simulator comes out.
