가격이 올랐다고 욕먹은 해운대 시장 오징어 파전

박봉자 할머니가 직접 부쳐주는 해운대시장 전설의 해물파전입니다.

해운대시장 안에서 오랫동안 단골들의 발길이 끊이지 않는 곳인데요.

여기는 일반 해물파전과 다르게 쪽파를 넉넉하게 올린 뒤 그 위에 양념된 오징어를 올려 노릇하게 부쳐주시는 게 특징입니다.

한때 7천 원에서 만 원으로 가격이 올랐다는 이유로 말이 많았지만, 아직도 40분씩 줄을 설 정도로 찾는 사람이 많은 곳이라고 합니다.

바삭하게 구워진 가장자리와 쪽파의 향, 양념 오징어 조합이 좋아 왜 오래 사랑받는지 알 것 같았습니다.
