Can Andy Burnham stop the small boats?

Prime Minister Andy Burnham was in Dover on Sunday to see how UK law enforcement teams are working to prevent small boat crossings.

It comes as new data shows over 2,000 people have crossed the English Channel illegally since Burnham became PM.
