1 kg potatoes / 2.2 pounds.
2 eggs.
1 onion.
1 carrot.
Parsley.
5 tablespoons of flour.
Olive oil, butter.
Salt, black pepper.
Filling:
1 onion.
5-6 mushrooms.
1 chicken fillet (optional).
100 ml cream / 3.4 oz.
100 grams of mozzarella cheese / 3.5 oz.
Sauce: 3 tablespoons thick yogurt; dill; 2 cloves garlic; olive oil; Parmesan cheese.
