US President Donald Trump has declared he would “love” to see the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland become one.
“I’d love to see it unified … it’s going to happen eventually,” Mr Trump said.
This comes just days after the UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham ruled out a referendum on the issue.
