Oh okay, so we all collectively just kinda learned nothing from Bitconnect, got it
A prolific fraudster from Vegas tricked millions from investors by promising a crypto mining operation that was also AI generated
So called “Profit Connect” was set to have a guarantee return on investment with zero risk upfront
400 people wound up committing to this, and while, sure, they DID receive profits - it was all just money from the other people that joined - not actual gains
What wound up developing was a massive Ponzi scheme that squished a bunch of AI buzzwords into a big salad that’d get gobbled up by finance and tech bros - and now mister Brent Kovar’s looking at a potential 280 year long prison sentence - which is unfortunately disqualify him from our PC giveaways over on Twitch.tv/ufdtech
