이번에는 디스커버리4의 실내를 제대로 손봐봤습니다.
차박을 할 겁니다.
먹고, 자고, 뒹굴고…
앞으로 이 차에서 꽤 많은 시간을 보낼 예정입니다.
그래서 그냥 깨끗하게 해달라고 하지 않았습니다.
**“대표님, 5성급 호텔처럼 만들어주세요.”**
그런데 돌아온 대답이…
**“5성급은커녕 이 실내로는 모텔도 어렵습니다.”**
아니…
차박을 시작하기도 전에 숙박업소 등급에서 탈락했습니다.
그래도 찾아간 곳은 실내크리닝과 광택으로 유명한 **화이트브러시**.
워낙 실력이 좋은 대표님이라
일단 믿고 맡겨봤습니다.
그리고 결과를 확인했는데…
이게 같은 차가 맞나 싶습니다.
찌든 때부터 실내 곳곳의 묵은 흔적까지 싹 정리하고
광택까지 제대로 들어가니 정말 새 차처럼 변했습니다.
5성급 호텔까지는 아니지만…
**적어도 4성급은 됐습니다.**
그런데 진짜 골치 아팠던 건 따로 있었습니다.
전 차주가 담배를 많이 피웠던 건지
차 안에 들어가면 머리가 아플 정도로 냄새가 났습니다.
차박을 하면서 먹고 자야 하는데
이 냄새를 그대로 두면 도저히 못 잘 것 같았습니다.
그런데 이것까지 잡아냅니다.
냄새까지 사라지고 나니
정말 다른 차가 되어버렸습니다.
역시…
**돈이 좋긴 좋습니다.**
과연 디스커버리4는 이제
차박을 해도 될 정도의 차로 다시 태어났을까요?
그리고 이 차에서 정말 먹고 잘 수 있을까요?

This time, I gave the interior of the Discovery 4 a proper makeover.
I'm going car camping.
Eat, sleep, and lounge around...
I plan to spend quite a lot of time in this car going forward.
So I didn't just ask them to clean it up.
"CEO, please make it a five-star hotel."**
But the answer that came back was...
"Not even a five-star; this interior is unfit for a motel."**
No…
It was downgraded in the lodging rating before I even started car camping.
Still, the place I visited was **White Brush**, famous for interior cleaning and polishing.
Because the CEO is so skilled
For now, I trusted and left it to them.
And when I checked the results...
I wonder if this is even the same car.
Clean out everything from stubborn grime to the accumulated marks throughout the interior
With the shine properly applied, it truly looks like a brand-new car.
It's not quite a five-star hotel, but...
It was at least 4 stars.**
But what was really bothering me was something else.
Whether the previous owner smoked a lot
It smelled to the point of giving me a headache when I got inside the car.
I need to eat and sleep while car camping
If I left this smell like it was, I just couldn't imagine being able to sleep.
But it even captures this.
Now that the smell is gone
It really felt like a completely different car.
As expected...
Money is nice, indeed.**
So, what about the Discovery 4 now
Has it been reborn into a car good enough for a car camping trip?
And can we really eat and sleep in this car?

今回はディスカバリー4の内装をしっかりと手直ししてみました。
車中泊をします。
食べて、寝て、ごろごろして···
これからこの車でかなりの時間を過ごす予定です。
だから、きれいにしてほしいとは言いませんでした。
「社長、5つ星ホテルのようにしてください。」**
ところが返ってきた答えが···
「5つ星どころか、この室内ではモーテルですら難しいです。」**
いや···
車中泊を始める前に、宿泊業者の等級から脱落しました。
それでも行ったのは、室内クリーニングと磨きで有名な**ホワイトブラシ**。
実力が非常に高い代表だから
とりあえず信頼して任せてみました。
そして結果を確認したのですが···
これが同じ車かどうか疑問です。
頑固な汚れから室内のあちこちに残った古い痕跡まで徹底的に掃除して
ツヤまでしっかり出て、本当に新車のようになりました。
5つ星ホテルまではないけど···
少なくとも4つ星クラスはできました。**
しかし、本当に厄介だったことは別にありました。
前の車の持ち主がタバコをよく吸っていたのか
車の中に入ると、頭が痛くなるほど臭いました。
車中泊をしながら食べて寝なきゃいけないのに
この臭いをそのままにしておくと、とても眠れなくなりそうでした。
しかし、これまで捉えます。
匂いまで消えてから
本当に別人のようになってしまいました。
やっぱり···
お金は確かにいいです。**
いったいディスカバリー4は今
車中泊ができるほどの車に生まれ変わったのでしょうか？
そして、この車で本当に食べて寝ることができますか？
