So many people loved the 'cabbage and rice paper recipe' I uploaded previously, so I decided to try making it using zucchini instead🍳
This recipe uses only vegetables and eggs without meat, but the taste and texture are excellent!
I highly recommend you try making this😍


❖ Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 1/3 carrot
- 3 eggs
- rice paper
- 3/4 tbsp oyster sauce (or soy sauce)
- 1 tsp + 2 pinches of salt
- black pepper
- cooking oil

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce (optional)
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp whole-grain mustard
