Clancy judge gives defense 1 hour to appeal before declaring mistrial

After a seventh day of deliberations in the Lindsay Clancy trial, the jury has indicated they are deadlocked and cannot come to a unanimous verdict. Judge William Sullivan said he intends to declare a mistrial but has given the defense one hour to file an emergency appeal.
