WHAT YOU NEED
- Salmon fillet (thawed if frozen)
- Optional: a little flour, salt and pepper

HOW TO MAKE IT
1. Thaw the salmon fully and pat it dry. Score thick fillets.
2. Preheat the empty pan with the lid on for 3 minutes (no longer than 3).
3. Add the salmon near the center and the mushrooms around it. Cook 3–4 minutes.
4. Flip, and cook 1–2 minutes more.
5. Check that it reaches 145°F inside, then serve with lemon.

Cooking times may vary depending on how frozen your ingredients are, the amount of food, and your microwave's wattage and model. Lower-power microwaves (500–600W) may need 1–3 extra minutes.
