High in the Andes mountains of Argentina, far from the modern world, a few people still live and work in some of the most remote landscapes on Earth.

This documentary follows Manuel, a veteran truck driver, and his co-driver Lenke as they travel across dangerous mountain roads to deliver essential supplies to isolated communities. Their 45-year-old truck has been their companion for years, carrying everything from hay to goods through extreme high-altitude terrain where thin air, steep climbs and unpredictable roads challenge both man and machine.

From the remote villages of Salta province to the harsh landscapes of the Andes and the traditions of Argentina’s gauchos, the film reveals a way of life built on resilience, skill and connection to the land.
