100 g glass noodles
3 oakwood mushrooms
4 wood ear mushrooms
1/2 carrot
1/2 onion
A small handful of spinach
1/2 bell pepper
100 g pork, cut into thin strips
1 1/2 cups water
2 tbsp ganjang (soy sauce)
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp sesame oil

A pinch of ground black pepper
A sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds
✔How to make
1. Soak the glass noodles in cold water for about 30 minutes.
2. Julienne the carrot, onion, bell pepper, oakwood mushrooms and wood ear mushrooms. Stir-fry each vegetable separately, setting each aside after cooking. Stir-fry the spinach last.

4. When the liquid has almost cooked off, add the stir-fried vegetables and toss everything together over the heat.
