'It's going to be f***ing rough': Enten on GOP midterm prospects

"The levee has been breached, and the blue wave is coming over the walls," CNN chief data analyst Harry Enten said, breaking down President Trump's approval ratings in key House districts as the midterm elections approach. Enten points out that Trump is twice as unpopular in those districts as he was in September 2018, at the same point in his first term, adding that "mathematically, this equals a Democratic majority for the House of Representatives."
