Shadow Science and Technology Minister Aaron Violi says Labor’s housing policies are having the exact opposite effect to what was promised, with fewer first-home buyers able to enter the market.
“Less first home buyers are getting in,” Mr Violi told News24 host Chris Kenny.
“The only people that are selling at the moment are those that absolutely have to.
“Which means it is harder to get into the market; it’s had the complete opposite effect that this government was hoping for.”
