A law that was passed to suspend the parental rights that killers have over their children from their prison cell is still not in force.
Jade's Law was passed over two years ago, and it should mean that parents who kill someone they have children with should have their parental rights suspended on sentencing.
Sky's Mollie Malone spoke to the parents of Isabella Knight, 32, who was murdered by her husband, Paul Knight, while their two daughters slept.
Despite being in prison for her murder, Knight still has parental control over decisions including where his children live and travel to, leaving Isabella's family feeling "let down" by the justice system.
