➰레시피
1. 삽겹살 2줄 소금, 후추 뿌려 구워서 잘게 잘라주고 물 700ml 넣어준다.
2. 양파, 애호박, 양념장(원당 1T, 고춧가루2T, 고추장2T, 된장T1/2T, 간장2T, 액젓1T) 섞어 풀어준 후 뚜껑 덮어 바글바글 끓여준다.
3. 두부, 대파 송송 썰어 넣어 한소끔 끓여주면 완성.

1. Season 2 strips of pork belly with salt and pepper, then pan-fry until golden brown. Cut into bite-sized pieces and add 700 ml water.
2. Add onion, zucchini, and the seasoning sauce:
• 1 tbsp raw sugar
• 2 tbsp Korean chili powder
• 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
• ½ tbsp doenjang (Korean soybean paste)
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
Stir well to combine, cover, and bring to a boil.
3. Add tofu and chopped green onions, then simmer for a few more minutes until the flavors come together.
Serve hot with a bowl of steamed rice and enjoy! 🤎
