I Used the WEIRDEST Mods in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe!

Today, I Used the WEIRDEST Mods in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe! These custom character mods added random characters into Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. I combined these custom mario kart mods with CTGP Deluxe to race on custom tracks! All Mario Kart 8 Deluxe mods were used OFFLINE and did not affect the gameplay of anyone.
