ASMR | Plums Ice Cream Rolls

I turn fresh plums into Ice Cream Rolls for a satisfying ASMR flavor test that transforms this fresh fruit into a colorful frozen creation you need to see. Plums are stone fruits with juicy flesh, smooth skin and a flavor that can range from mildly sweet to pleasantly tart. I add them to my -30°C frozen pan and use my two scrapers for cutting, mixing, spreading, scraping and rolling. The tapping, chopping and crisp scraping sounds create strong ASMR triggers, while the smooth transformation delivers satisfying visual moments for ice cream and food fans. I decorate the finished cup of Ice Cream Rolls with a fresh plum for a colorful and appetizing result. At the end of the video, I taste the finished plum ice cream and give the flavor my personal score. The final Ice Cream Rolls taste fruity, creamy, lightly tart and naturally refreshing.

Fun Fact: Plums naturally develop a thin, pale coating called bloom. This harmless waxy layer helps protect the fruit and can be gently wiped away.
