Can Vance rescue the GOPs chances? Enten runs the numbers

Vice President JD Vance’s favorability ratings have been declining—falling sharply both nationally and in his home state of Ohio. CNN News Central’s John Berman and Chief Data Analyst Harry Enten break down how his current standing is historically low compared to past Republican Vice Presidents, and examine why his odds to win the White House have dropped significantly in prediction markets over the last year.

Also, CNN’s Stephen Collinson talks about the uphill battle for Republicans to win the midterms, and Vance’s responses to questions at a CBS News town hall over the weekend.
