FULL HIGHLIGHTS | Houston Dash vs. Washington Spirit

The Washington Spirit defeated the Houston Dash, 3-2, in a back and forth game that eventually saw Washington's Clara Luvanga score in the 84th minute to put her team in front for good. Washington opened the scoring in the 11th minute through Tara Rudd, but Houston's Miljana Ivanović scored in the 44th minute to level things before halftime. It's the first goal scored by a Serbian international in NWSL history.

Minutes into the second half, Washington's Sofia Cantore finished a pass from Trinity Rodman to restore the Spirit's lead. However, just eight minutes later, Ivanović scored her second of the night and once again brought Houston back. Just as the match seemed destined for a draw, Washington found their way in front one more time as Clara Luvanga scored in the 84th minute for the visitors to regain control for the final time.
