Hao Liu captured a gust of Arctic wind with a set of sails. Through this tangible, bodily act, he sought to accelerate the drift of the continent, establishing a genuine encounter with the land that has drifted for hundreds of millions of years.
He remarks that an invisible barrier stands between humankind and nature. The true starting point of nature conservation is not technology, but connection. When you feel you are truly a part of the continent, protecting it becomes instinct.
