Ukraine says North Korea is preparing to send 30,000 additional troops to support Russia's war effort. The warning comes as Moscow and Pyongyang deepen a partnership that has already seen North Korean soldiers enlisted against Ukraine. Kyiv fears the new deployment could bolster a major Russian offensive later this year.
