토핑을 쥐똥만큼 넣어준다고 논란된 5천 원 철판 아이스크림입니다.

부평깡통시장에서 판매하는 길거리 디저트로, 주문이 들어오면 차가운 철판 위에 아이스크림을 넓게 펴고 토핑을 섞은 뒤 얇게 긁어 돌돌 말아주시는데요.

토핑 양이 다소 아쉽다는 반응은 있지만, 즉석에서 만들어지는 과정을 보는 재미가 있고 얇게 말린 아이스크림의 시원하고 부드러운 식감도 괜찮았습니다.

그런데 제대로 먹어보기도 전에 결국 털보 아저씨에게 통째로 뺏겨버렸습니다.(사실은 모두 제가 먹었어요)

Sold inside Bupyeong Kkangtong Market, it is made fresh by spreading the ice cream mixture across a frozen plate, mixing in the toppings, and scraping it into thin rolls.

Some customers feel the portion of toppings is disappointing, but watching the entire process is entertaining, and the freshly rolled ice cream has a smooth and refreshing texture.

Unfortunately, before I could properly enjoy it, the bearded man took the whole thing away.
