Trade tensions between the United States and Canada remain high as negotiations are at a standstill.
US President Donald Trump has dismissed any future trade talks and downplayed the Canada-US trade relationship.
Canada’s Prime Minister Mark Carney says talks will only resume when Washington “starts being serious”.
“When the Americans stop doing memes, stop throwing shade, stop trying to be tough ... we can have those discussions,” he said.
