They bombed a Russian data center and it was as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced.
With Ukraine’s defense of their sovereignty, they sent drones to take out Russia’s Yandex data centers.
And after several successful strikes, reports of the amount of bots crawling the internet from the Google-esque company dropped to just 0.4% of HTTP requests.
Many are out there saying that this has had a direct impact on the amount of social media bots that are posting onto platforms like Twitter, but the only confirmed evidence so far is that Yandex’s web crawlers that are there to index the internet have been completely shut down, not that pro-Kremlin posting farms have been affected.
