For the Runway Big Ad Contest, I wanted to tell a simple story about how music becomes part of life’s most important moments.
"Everyone Has a Soundtrack" follows a JAUNT speaker passed from father to son, accompanying first love, marriage, and parenthood. Years later, the same speaker is passed to his daughter, who discovers a soundtrack of her own.
The challenge was fitting an entire lifetime into a short commercial, using seamless transitions and the speaker as the emotional thread connecting generations.
Everyone has a soundtrack.
