■ About the Work
'yaYi' was presented by Tik1Taak1 (Hong Kong) as part of Asia Tap Vibe, the opening performance of the 2026 Seoul Tap Dance Festival.
The piece began with a simple moment of inspiration. While searching for music, the choreographers heard this song, immediately felt it in their feet, and instinctively shouted, "YaYi!" Built from that spontaneous spark, the work celebrates rhythm, chemistry, and the joy of dancing together through playful musicality and energetic tap.

■ About the Show
Asia Tap Vibe is the opening performance of the 2026 Seoul Tap Dance Festival. The show was produced by YONO Company in cooperation with the Seoul Tap Dance Association.
Bringing together tap dancers and companies from across Asia, the performance celebrates artistic collaboration, cultural exchange, and the universal language of rhythm.

This performance was presented in collaboration with Tik1Taak1, a tap dance duo from Hong Kong formed by Heidi Fung and Dominic Lee. Their name represents the sounds created by tap shoes—reflecting how two dancers with distinct rhythmic voices come together to create something greater through collaboration and musical dialogue.
