In this bizarre traffic stop caught on DashCam Exploits, a biker riding a small supermoto gets flagged down at a gas station for plates that are super expired. When the officer asks for license and registration, the rider tries a strange workaround — insisting he doesn't need a license because he doesn't need a CDL for it, apparently forgetting a regular motor vehicle still requires one. A second officer rolls up to back up the first, and the biker whips out his phone to start recording as the exchange gets more heated. The officers stay calm and break it down for him: no CDL is needed, sure, but a license is — and that highway plate has been expired since last year.
