Formerly a hydrogeologist, Martha’s life took an unexpected turn following a spinal cord injury. Rather than letting it define her, she applied her analytical mindset to the field of artificial intelligence. Driven by the belief that we must look at where we come from to draw intrinsic strength for where we are going, Martha shares how unexpected challenges can lead to profound growth and reinvention.
