Anastassiya Savchenko, founder of Nutcrackers Creative Agency and the Indian Women Impact, is a social educator committed to empowering children and amplifying unheard voices. She spoke about the “business of compassion,” reminding us that meaningful impact can begin with something as simple as helping a child find their voice or reminding them that they matter. Many children miss school not because they lack potential, but because circumstances and responsibilities hold them back. She has helped children from daily-wage families discover their passions and become ballet dancers, MUN competitors, singers, and chess players. Anastassiya showed us that compassion means showing up, changing the odds, and empowering others to shape their own futures.
Anastassiya Savchenko has vast experience in advertising, media & social innovation. In 2013, Ana founded the Jaipur Women Blog, which later evolved into the Indian Women Blog—a platform dedicated to amplifying women’s voices and experiences. Her journey into social impact accelerated during the COVID-19 pandemic, when she co-founded the ‘Back To School’ initiative, now a flagship programme under the Luminfinity Foundation, to help underprivileged children who had been pushed out of education. Her approach goes beyond conventional education, combining academics with STEAM learning, creativity & leadership. With a team of 30+ teachers & mentors, the foundation works to equip children not only with knowledge, but also with the confidence and skills to shape their own futures.
With 120 graduates already pursuing diverse fields, Her work stands as a testament to the transformative power of opportunity, education, & sustained community support.
