Harry and Meghan to return to UK as security questions remain

Prince Harry and Meghan are reportedly preparing to return to the UK with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, expected to attend British schools from September.

But their return raises fresh questions over security - including who will pay for their protection and whether Harry will regain access to police security.

The Prime Minister has described the issue as a "private matter" for the couple, while the government has declined to comment on specific security arrangements.
