Dog floats through Jersey Shore floodwaters on kayak

Seems like people aren't the only ones kayaking through nor'easter floodwaters. Footage filmed by Robin Shaffer shows his dog Daisy floating on a kayak through a flooded roadway in Ocean City, New Jersey.
