"I Couldn't Save My Son, But I Can Save Her." | Crystal Lake

Pamela walks into the diner to talk to Valerie about her daughter. "Grace is a good kid and you need to be gentle with her." Valerie wants none of it: "Don't you dare talk about my daughter, and don't act like you know me." Pamela tries again: "You don't even know how lucky you are… To have the privilege of watching her grow up." Then Valerie goes too far: "Maybe if you raised your kid right, he'd still be alive." "You're not gonna do that." "Oh, what? You're gonna stop me?" "If I have to." And Pamela finally pushes back: "I couldn't save my son, but I can save her."
