오랜만에 타슈켄트의 샤르샤라 레스토랑을 다시 방문해 가족과 함께 저녁을 먹은 기록입니다.
This video records a family dinner during a long-awaited return visit to Sharshara Restaurant in Tashkent.

샤르샤라는 우즈벡어로 ‘폭포’를 뜻하는 이름처럼, 내부에 강한 물줄기와 물보라가 있는 독특한 분위기의 레스토랑입니다.
As the name “Sharshara” means “waterfall” in Uzbek, the restaurant has a unique atmosphere with strong water flow and spray.

영상 초반에는 레스토랑 내부로 들어가 자리와 전망을 확인하고, 예약 없이 방문한 상황에서 앉을 곳을 찾아봅니다.
At the beginning, we enter the restaurant, check the views and seating, and look for a table without a reservation.

저녁 시간이라 손님이 많았고, 가족 단위 방문객과 생일잔치까지 보일 정도로 분위기가 활기찼습니다.
The restaurant was crowded in the evening, with many families and even birthday celebrations creating a lively atmosphere.

메뉴를 보면서 샤슬릭, 말고기, 비대, 삼사, 그릴 야채, 커피 가격, 플로브가 없는 아쉬움 등을 이야기합니다.
While looking at the menu, we talk about shashlik, horse meat, bide, samsa, grilled vegetables, coffee prices, and the absence of plov.

식사 후에는 폭포 주변으로 이동해 강한 바람과 물보라, 스프레이처럼 뿌려지는 물줄기를 가까이에서 구경합니다.
After dinner, we move closer to the waterfall and watch the strong wind, water spray, and mist-like water flow up close.

후반부에는 레스토랑 안의 전통 공예품 매장을 둘러보며 사마르칸트 수공예품, 리슈탄 도자기, 차판, 실크 제품을 확인합니다.
In the later part, we browse the traditional craft section inside the restaurant, including Samarkand handicrafts, Rishtan ceramics, chapan robes, and silk products.
