NHS staff face immediate suspension for 'snooping' on patient medical data

NHS England says it will suspend any member of staff suspected of “snooping” in patient records.

Sky News has reported on a number of incidents where data has been accessed without authorisation.

Those breaches affected people in high-profile incidents, such as the attacks in Nottingham and Southport.
