After drawing massive crowds last year, this year's festival came back fully upgraded to give visitors a smoother, tastier, and more comfortable experience. ✨
What changed for 2026? First, the Smart QR Ordering System let visitors skip endless lines by ordering via QR code and receiving KakaoTalk pickup notifications. With over 60 types of kimbap available—including award-winning masterpieces like the spicy Chili Japchae Kimbap and Black Katsu Kimbap—foodies were in absolute heaven! Plus, with 20-minute interval shuttles and Kakao T buses running from Seoul and other major cities, getting there was easier than ever. Despite the rainy weather, visitors enjoyed cozy dessert breads, adorable character merchandise, and vibrant live festival vibes.
