As the debate over assisted dying returns to the Commons on Friday, the family of a man who travelled to Dignitas to end his own life, speak about the difficulty of that decision.
James Clarke was diagnosed with motor neurone disease aged just 42, and as his condition deteriorated, he decided to travel to Switzerland - where assisted dying is legal.
