ब्रिक्स में शामिल होने क्यों नहीं आए लूला द सिल्वा [Three BRICS Leaders Did Not Attend the Summit]

नई दिल्ली में आयोजित ब्रिक्स शिखर सम्मेलन में 11 सदस्य देशों में से आठ देशों के राष्ट्राध्यक्ष शामिल हुए हैं. हालांकि ब्राजील, सऊदी अरब और संयुक्त अरब अमीरात (यूएई) के शीर्ष नेता इस बार नहीं पहुंचे और उन्होंने अपने प्रतिनिधियों को भेजा है. इसके पीछे घरेलू राजनीतिक और आधिकारिक कारण बताए जा रहे हैं.

At the BRICS Summit in New Delhi, leaders from eight of the eleven member countries are attending. However, the top leaders of Brazil, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates are absent and have sent representatives instead, citing domestic and official commitments.
