1 banana
1 egg
White sugar 2tbsp
Melted butter 70g
Vanilla 1/2tbsp
Baking powder 1/2tbsp
Baking soda 1/4tbsp
All-purpose flour 200g
1 apple
Instructions
Mash the banana in a bowl. Add the egg, white sugar, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix well.
Add the baking powder, baking soda, and all-purpose flour. Mix until a dough forms.
Cut the apple into small pieces and gently mix them into the dough.
Shape the mixture into cookies and place them on a baking tray.
Bake at 170°C for 30 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
